A simple part of my artistic side resides here, tucked away in a corner of the internet. Though God is the artist, I make the occasional attempt to capture this artistry. My photographs mostly consist of biota, though I have found flora easier to capture. My simple mantra for biota photographs is simple: "If this is destruction, then what was creation?"

This page may take some time to load, as there are quite a few images that are large in size (I reduced the quality significantly to improve load times, but most images are at least 400KB).

A random girl on the beach lies surrounded by turquoise water, sail boats, white sand, blue skies, and serenity. This image was taken while vacationing at St. John in the US Virgin Islands.

The greatest treasure I have: my wife, Andrea, and our daughter, Keona. Without them, my existence would be dull and life less pleasurable. This image was taken on their first Mother's Day.

This image was taken during the Spring of a prior year. Most trees in our development have a very pretty bloom. However, this particular year saw a significant amount of bloom.

One of the many reasons why I love Spring so much. After a cold, dreary season comes one abundant in life, color, and intrigue. Here, a busy bee is collecting pollen and carrying it on its hind legs.

Curious George may be a monkey, but Curious Marvin is a lizard. My wife and I named him Marvin when we found him in one of our bathrooms. Seeing a photo opportunity, I placed him outside in our "flower garden" for a photo shoot. No lizards were harmed in the making of this photo ;-)

The element of one. Slowly but surely, the number of tulips reviving in our yard year after year has been dwindling. Here, only one lonely tulip has survived.

I call this photo "Empty Nest Syndrome." An abandoned nest surrounded by burgeoning life, this serves as a monument to days of old where life and beauty still surround!

One of the many photos taken during the Spring of a prior year. This one was taken near our club house while walking our Vizsla.

The vibrant colors of purple against a summer sunset are fascinating to behold. Here, I attempted to capture the beauty while on a photography field trip.
